Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations with a premium level of service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and processing incoming shipments.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms tidy and well-maintained throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, specifically including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service and a positive attitude.
