Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the weekend shifts.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Transaction Handling: Assist in processing transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and manage returns.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Help with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Attitude: A positive, customer-first mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
