Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product selections and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and organization standards.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless weekend operation.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies while on shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation for shifts.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
