As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Performance: actively promote sales, upsell products, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Assist with inventory management, stock receiving, and visual merchandising duties as assigned.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and assist in other areas of the store as needed during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday evenings as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
