Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and credit payments with precision.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and appealing store appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving new stock deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal signage.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
