Job Overview:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our store is well-stocked, organized, and welcoming to every customer who walks through the door.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Organize and stock merchandise to ensure the sales floor is clean and appealing.
- Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom and sales floor area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is required to get to and from work.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
