Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium, customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking its best.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing stock rooms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Clean and organize the sales floor to meet company hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
