Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are priced and labeled correctly.
- Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handle cash transactions, and balance the register at the end of the shift.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training! Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays (some flexibility for holidays may be required).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and consistent in attendance.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform basic store maintenance tasks.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
