- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organizing stock areas.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Mandatory availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
