Responsibilities
- Execute daily floor operations including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining high visual standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle cash handling duties with precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and merchandise returns.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and organized at all times to comply with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
