Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain an organized store environment.
- Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix location.
