Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed product information, and answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no prior experience required).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new technology.
