Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product selections in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle cash transactions with responsibility.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive can-do attitude.
