Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and engagement
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register protocols
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and markdowns
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in weekend training sessions and product launches
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-8pm)
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina work authorization
