Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and checkout processes efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visual merchandising standards and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
