Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and efficiency to maintain customer loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management and stock counts as required during the weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our San Antonio location.
