Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and display merchandise to maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Clean and organize work areas, including the breakroom and stockroom, to uphold company standards.
- Assist in inventory management and report stock discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
