Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Processing: Ring up sales accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
