Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with care and attention to detail.
- Cash handling and reconciliation duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
