Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Ensure adherence to all store policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to work locations in Nashville, TN and Florida.
- Basic computer proficiency.
