Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon entry and assist them in finding products, providing a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are accessible and visually appealing.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling various payment methods.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and processing incoming shipments to ensure product availability.
- Operational Excellence: Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, safety standards, and opening/closing procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure store goals are met during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a history of showing up for scheduled shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. (10 kg) occasionally.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
