What You Will Do:

- Stock shelves and ensure product availability and inventory accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively greet customers and provide exceptional service to meet their needs.
- Transaction Management: Efficiently process cash, credit, and mobile payments while balancing the register.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards.
- Inventory Support: Assist in receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and organizing the backroom.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
