- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are aligned with company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Cross-train in various store functions to support team flexibility during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with tablets and POS systems is a plus.
