Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Support store management in achieving weekly sales goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
