Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or ordering needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and resolution-oriented thinking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
