Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium, welcoming attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Restock and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist in inventory counts and manage stockroom organization.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
