Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Merchandise & Visual Standards: Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor is organized, clean, and inviting at all times.
- Drive Sales Performance: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products, achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stockroom operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations during busy weekend periods.
- Operational Excellence: Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability is Key: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a consistent basis.
