Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Clean store areas, including fitting rooms and customer restrooms, to uphold company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior retail experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Reliable transportation is required for shifts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
