Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and manage returns and exchanges accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize display areas, and ensure the store is clean and tidy at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
