Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves and organizing product displays.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the register.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Support in opening and closing procedures as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia location.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
