Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently for all transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during busy weekend shifts.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation is required.
