Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, appealing store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales targets and visual merchandising goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with reliability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift light items (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
