Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entry to the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a smile.
- Restock inventory and maintain proper display standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for early shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles location.
