Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and guiding them to products that meet their needs.
- Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling returns.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing by rotating stock and arranging displays.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure store goals are met.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's image and values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
