Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and grounds to deter suspicious activity and ensure safety.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and efficient manner.
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports and activity logs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding security issues.
- Enforce company policies and procedures strictly and fairly.
Qualifications
- Valid California Security Guard License (BPOA/BSIS).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain alert for extended periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for extended shifts.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
