Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and enforce access controls during weekend night shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10PM-6AM)
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance using advanced security systems
- Respond promptly to incidents and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to venue patrons and staff
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, alarms, and communication devices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card and firearms permit (if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year security experience in event/concert venue settings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong observational skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in using security technology and reporting systems
- Flexible availability for weekend and holiday shifts
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
