Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operations Support: Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
