Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized store environment
- Support inventory management processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to all safety, security, and compliance policies during operating hours
- Assist with special weekend promotions and seasonal retail events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-12 hour shifts)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during peak weekend hours
- Valid government-issued ID for employment verification
