Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and maintain transaction records
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any service issues with efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
