Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Organize and merchandise products to maintain visual standards and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all shift hours
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures including equipment checks and sanitation
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to Sun City Plaza location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- 18 years of age or older with valid work authorization
