Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
- Stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and shipment receiving procedures
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to store management
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
