Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest activities as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with weekday availability
- Basic proficiency with reservation and POS systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta location
