Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks to maintain store presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with solution-oriented approach

- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-10PM shifts)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with retail technology systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Valid work authorization required
