Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or food service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
