Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all weekend touchpoints
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Stock merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays
- Operate point-of-sale systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Support inventory management and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
