Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory checks and restock shelves efficiently to maintain optimal product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting shoppers in locating products.
- Operate standard office and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and correctly.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the sales floor, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Process transactions and handle cash or digital payments with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago, IL facility.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
