Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily logistics tasks, including loading, unloading, and inventory management on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and team members with inquiries and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks on products and packaging to ensure all items meet company standards before shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain digital records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the full-time staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the facility.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
