Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our digital systemsMaintain pristine cleanliness standards in public areas and facilities
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system experience
- Valid NV Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
