Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Safely and accurately pack products for shipping, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving and stocking of inventory, conducting regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for defects or damages, reporting any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong track record of attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
