Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet shoppers with a smile.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily sales goals and targets.
- Handle cash drops and reconcile drawers at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to our Philadelphia or Florida locations.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring weekly basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
